Update on the update

Work's been riding me really hard lately-- we had someone quit so I have been taking a lot of extra hours to fill in the gaps. I have most of the next part roughed, it's just a matter of being able to find time to be home and working on the comic.

It will be up this month, I have wednesday off so I'm hoping to get some work done on it then.

In the meantime, I'm INCREDIBLY sorry for the wait between updates-- I wish I had as much time as I had in college to work on them, but it's hard when I'm working 30+ hours a week and I get home exhausted. Q__Q

Hey, don't worry about it. ^_^ Just take your time and worry about the more important things first.

I know how it is working 30+ hours in a week all you want to do when you get home is sleep or just relax or anything really that doesn't require effort. XD

Don't stress yourself too much.

Oh come now. If someone is really that affected by a webcomic not updating quickly enough, that person should go out and take some of those extra hours from you because clearly need the distraction from the internet. ;) You write great comics and we'll be here to read them when you have time to put them out. No need to force yourself and make something you're not satisfied with. ^^

No worries! Quality takes a lot of time, and I can understand your 30+ hours of work. Your comics are always worth it. I still go back and read your Leaf Green. You're an amazing artist, and I hope you can get a rest on those 30 or more hours.

Don't worry about it! Getting short-handed at work is no fun, so I hope you get someone new soon. I'll be eagerly awaiting the next update. The work you put into each chapter is totally worth the wait. <3 Good luck with everything!

  :D

I'd just like to say that these comics are awesome. I loved the first season, got me picking up my fire red again. Anyway this installment is looking to be as good as or even better than the previous one. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more :)

I understand

Work can be tough. I work 40 hours one week and then 50 hours the next, on night shift (6am-6pm). So I completely understand how tired one can get. But if I can power through my fatigue, so can you. Just take everything one little step at a time and don't feel like you have to kill yourself to get an update in :)

  Totally understand

Hey, a job is hard work, I understand the exhaustion. Relax, it's your hobby, you should only do it when you're focused, and eager. :D

My topic name ideas are lacking. T^T

Look man, I just want to congratulate you on four things: First, these comics. I mean seriously - not everyone can write something that has feeling and passion that really touches the readers - and additionally makes someone CARE about the struggles and the outcomes on each page. Seriously - the elite four from the last series had me sitting on the edge of my damn near busted computer chair. XD Secondly, the art. Love it. I know it's gonna sound like a douche for making it a short segment like this, but there's not much more to say - so nuff said. Additionally, the fact that you take time for this even when life, (IE: Work, bills, just le random everyday stressful shit.), is hanging over your head like a lead anvil is insanely admirable. It might sound presumptuous for me to say outright that I strongly believe that you enjoy making the comics as much as I do reading them, but most people would give up when shit got tough. You don't. See my point? Finally, you care about your fanbase. You care about US. About me, and previous commenters, and all the damn readers, whether they have spoken or not is irrelevant, because the fact that you do it is a great thing in itself. It's hard to come by that kind of dedication and devotion these days, and it really does make a difference. You got a gift bro - I don't know about anyone else, but I'm damn touched that you're sharing it with all of us readers. So take your time, you can't rush an art like yours - after all, no matter how long it takes you can count on us to be here, fidgeting about in extreme anticipation for what we know is a worthwhile series. So thank you; a thousand times thank you - and please, keep up the good work. At YOUR own pace of course. :3
